Great product but struggling for support.

I have sent an email using the support the contact three times but no one is responding?

Can you please provide me with a support email that will be answered?

The product will apprently work on Win XP, but it is preventing me due to my "exceeding the number of licenses", this is due to my trying to get it working and installing and then removing it because it doesn't.

Can someome please reset this license limitation so that I can try and get it working without support if necessary?

I never had any issues with this, till about 3 weeks ago. Then all the sudden I can't make working documents at all.
