We have a tutorial on our homepage, http://www.desktopauthor.com on covers and transparencies. You can download it directly here.

But to put it simply... you can create a book with a cover in a few minutes by:

1. start a new book

2. add as many pages as you want

3. goto the first page of your book

4. now click on the down arrow next to the templates button. you will see a selection of template categories.

5. select Photo_Album_General

6. select your front cover (it will be green on the left side).

7. goto the next page and repeat the process for the contents page.

8. if you want to quick fill the other pages. press "ctrl" and "a" together on your keyboard to select all the items on the current page.

9. "ctrl" and "c" together to copy all the items.

10. goto the page you want to paste them in, then "ctrl" and "v" together to paste all the items.

11. repeat step 11 as many times as necessary.

12. on the last page, go back to the templates selection and select a back cover (it should be green on the right side).

13. save and package.
